House Call Services
Some services are best performed in your home or your office. I offer a full spectrum
of house call services including:
- General computer troubleshooting

- Back-up strategies and implementation

I charge by the hour for house calls, not by the job, so I want to ensure you get the best value by using my time wisely. Write up a list of your issues - I prefer to multitask!
Drop Off Services
Drop your system off with me and I'll fix it for a flat labor rate
regardless of how much effort or time is involved. Flat rate services include:
- Virus Removal - I'll neutralize and remove all infections, and make sure you are protected going forward. If it's impossible to fully clean the system I'll back up all your data, reinstall your operating system, and put everything back in place the way it was before you were infected.
- System Migrations - Bring me you old and your new systems and I'll move all of your files and settings over, install all your new software, and ensure things are set up the way you want them to be - even if your old computer is no longer working!
- System Troubleshooting - I'll take that slow or non-booting system and give it a thorough diagnostic, determine what's wrong with it, and get it working like new again.
- Operating System Upgrades - I'll back up your system, install the new operating system and make sure everything is back in place, optimized, updated, and working as it should be.
- Hard drive Replacement - Breathe new life into your old system with a solid state drive. I'll clone your old system if it can be done, so your system will appear exactly the same as before. If your old drive is too damaged to clone, I'll install your operating system and any other software on the new drive, then use data recovery methods to retrieve your documents, pictures and settings from your failed drive.
Personalized Training
One-on-one training is personalized instruction
at your level, in your home, at your pace. Customized for your needs, one-on-one training includes:
- A telephone consultation to determine the scope of your training session
- Checking and optimizing your computer system to ensure it is working smoothly
- Hands-on, patient instruction in the topics of your choice
- As many or as few sessions as you wish to schedule
- Responsive email support if you have any questions after the session
Most of my training clients are not comfortable with tech, but I also do some more advanced application training. Please let me know about specific goals so I can prepare adequately for the session.

I can come to you or you can drop your system off with me, depending on your needs. Every client contacts me for a different reason, so when you call we'll spend a few minutes discussing your issues and determining what works for you.
